Still too much red undertonesI live the product and the packaging with instructions are amazing. I am still having ‘problems’ with the color my greys are taking up. Just NowHi, my name is Robyn Carpenter and I have had my e salon coloring kit since February 2018 and have never used it. One I was afraid it would be too dark and two I didn't want to color my whole head just put in streaks here an there. Well nobody wanted to help me do that so I just never used it.......Until...... May 3, 2018 and I deceided to do it myself. I read the instructions, mixed my color, shook it vigorously, put on my gloves and from that point didn't do anything the instructions said. I did a lot of the back at the neckline and then at the front of the face. Where I knew there was lots of gray I did more but basicly I went north and south in lines and rubbed it in as I went. I let it set for 20 minutes and then washed it out. It was nice. Without shocking anyone I would appear almost as normal only with just a touch of minimal dark. Hardly noticeable. Well this morning I thought to do this again because I didn't used the whole bottle of mixture, so I vigorously shook it and applied it to all of my hair this time. Including doing double in the grayest of areas. I waited 20 minutes and washed, dried and styled my hair. There is gray that just isn't going to cover and the color is so pretty. Yes it is still mixed with a little gray and I like that but the hair at the front of my face just looks lighter and not colored still gray. I have always heard gray hair is hard to color and has a mind of it's own. But truly I am very happy with the color my color man/gal chose for me. Great color for a short timeThe color that I was sent was just what I wanted...until I washed my hair for the first time after coloring.
