Very RED :(I wrote in my notes that I wanted to get rid of the copper tones, I understand that this is easier said than done but instead of the dark violet shade I ordered, my hair (especially my roots) is bright red :'( Gave 2 stars as lots of product included & cute extras. 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. I can also confirm you were refunded for the rush processing fee that you paid! Rush Processing is an in-house service that fast tracks the processing of your order. It does not upgrade your shipping method. Normal processing times take 2-3 business days while rush takes on average 1 business day. A bit too darkI had colored the "gray roots" as instructed. Then pulled color thru to the roots. Used gloss first. Came out VERY DARK BROWN. then as the days went by the color on the top is a few shades LIGHTER. I am about to highlight it to salvage the darkness to light.Not real happy. disappointedthe color was beautiful and process easy. Unfortunately, the color faded pretty quickly over the gray roots. I've been coloring my hair for years, so it wasn't the application. I don't want to go darker, so I won't be reordering. 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

OMGOSH 10 years and no moreI have been using exclusively for 10 years and loved, loved loved my color. I thought I was losing my mind until JUST NOW. I am stopping my membership immediately. The color is different and does not last through 3-4 shampoos with gentle shampoo, no sun, no styling tools. I read today other customers are experiencing the same issues.
