Covers my greysI think the color is good and it covers my grey hair completely, the only reason why i will not give 5 stars is because i don't like the shampoo or conditioner. I don't think its of good quality. The conditioner leaves my hair feeling rough. Love the color!I really do like the color however the gray coverage isn’t the greatest. There is a residue that is hard to wash but I have found if you follow directions along with an additional shampooing it does help remove the residue 0 de 0 personas encontraron este comentario útil. ¿Y tú? |

Loved the color but didn’t get 100 % gray coverageI really like the color selection we made for my hair and how it looks and also I am very impressed with the customer service at eSalon, however, I didn’t get 100% gray hair coverage, which is what I was really looking for and the reason I came to eSalon. When I told my colorist about the lack of gray coverage at my first application of the product, he immediately offered another kit with a modification at no additional cost. So I am please that they are trying to help me get the gray coverage I want and need. I won’t know until another 4 weeks when i try the modified product.
