Color turned way too dark I had to go buy color removerI had to go to Walgreens and get color remover to get the way too dark brown removed. This did not happen with the color kit I received before this kit. I can't afford mistakes 😢 like this last experience. I wrote to you abt my pkg being unusually late and it was damaged, scrunched up when it arrived. I was very very surprised. It wasn't bad enough to not open but clearly not in good shape. No longer covers ANY grayI only have a handful of gray hairs and this hair color does NOT cover gray. I don't know if the formula has changed because it used to but it does not any longer. After "coloring" my hair with ESalon, I had to purchase a store bought root cover up to do the job. Not paying more than double for it not to do a darn thing. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Very DisappointedI was disappointed that most of my gray hair is still visible after using your product. The coloring did cover some of my gray hair, but most of it is still gray and I followed the directions by the book. Very dissapointed 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Not for blondesI have used e-salon twice now & sadly will not be using again. I have darker blonde hair which lightens very easily. I was hoping that using e-salon would help me maintain a blonde I love, but it wasn't in the cards. The first color made my hair almost grey-green at the ends (too ashy of a color). I requested an adjustment & the new color is more yellow then blonde and does not look natural at all. Everyone who I spoke to was super friendly though, and the boxes were delivered nicely with easy instructions - I just think my hair needs a different system to achieve a color I am happy with. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. This one didn't do the jobI wanted to note somewhere that this color formula just didn't cut it this time around. While it got rid of my dark dark roots it did not cover up my grey. Most my grey is at the hair line around my face and I think this formula was just too light in the blonde category to be able to get rid of the silver/grey hairs around my face.
