I love e color.I love the e-color. My problem is that I'm 81 1/2 years old and its hard forme to do the color. My with the virus pandemic, I have no choice. I just put it all over my head and use my fingers to massage it in then wait for 40 minutes. Great color and shineI was hoping for a little more info on how long to leave the color on my gray areas. When I went to pour the remainder of color onto my head, the strong ammonia smell made it hard to breathe! Poor customer service!I ordered this product a few weeks ago. Within a day or so of ordering (before the item shipped), I called because I had an unforeseen situation. I had to abruptly leave where I was staying and go back home. I had to leave in order to avoid being exposed to COVID-19. The person I was staying with needed to be quarantined and did not want to stay in a hotel. So I asked that the item be shipped to my home address. The customer service agent told me there was nothing she could do. I also wrote a complaint in the survey I was sent. No response.
