Good color match but product seemed harshLove the color, but after this application I felt my hair appeared burned on many of the fine baby hairs and I also lost quite a bit of hair down the drain during the wash out. Do the strand test first!!!Like so many I decided to try and color my hair during covid salon closures. Escalon is excellent if you have a darker color than your natural or want to match your natural to cover grays. Unfortunately, I wanted to lighten my natural a lot because I have heavy blonde highlights— this is just not a realistic expectation with at home color. I cannot stress enough DO THE STRAND TEST FIRST... if you don’t like the shade, they are more than happy to send you out something different. Color was EXACT!I absolutely love the color and tone… And feel like what I received, was what I expected exactly.
