WowI have natural dark brown hair colour with lots of grey. I go to the salon every four weeks and have my hair coloured medium blonde. I am 58 and have had many home colour disasters in the past. I chose esalon because of the good reviews and the need to look at least presentable as working for the NHS during lockdown. The presentation of the product is excellent as are the instructions. My colour, roots only, went on very dark and I thought omg. However the colour is amazing, medium blonde exactly what I wanted. Many tries and photos, but we got thereWe finally got the color right today! I had almost given up after 5 shipments. Although the hair was always shiny and in good condition after coloring, it just wouldn’t color the gray. I’m 100% gray, Caucasian, medium brown, bone straight, thin, just past shoulder length hair. After dying, I would send up close pictures and descriptions and the stylist would try again. The roots were sort of orange after coloring. She did seem to listen, but I think (although she didn’t say it) that maybe she just wanted to make incremental changes so it didn’t go too dark. I did receive one complimentary color application along the way, about when I was about to give up. This last color bottle was super purple and the instructions said to leave in 40 minutes on the roots. Bingo! I only did one minute on the ends, even though it said 2-3 minutes because the ends tend to absorb much color. I think they will forgive that. The ends are still very dimensional, not solid, the way I like it. So, be prepared to stick with it. It may take months to get it right. Great experienceMy hair is 100% gray. I have used all kinds of hair coloring for over 20 years. I have to color my hair every 3 weeks. So my hair used to get dry from salyes produced so I decided to go to a salon but soon found out that I'm spending a fortune on my hair s the first time a went to the last one salon she charged me $270 for a hair cut color and high light then $110 every 3 weeks for a touch up the roots plus the tip and the products that they convince you to buy. It's not that I can't afford to pay that much, but I felt guilty to spend all that money while the country is in crisis and people are losing their jobs and felt like $110 can be a grocery for a week for a family. Much Better MatchThis is the second adjustment I made to my hair color. I thought it was going to be too dark again but after shampooing and drying it matched quite well. I got the demi-permanent. Definitely worth tryingI gave it a four with a few issues. The color has not stayed as well as the first coloring. I haven’t done anything different. I do love the color created for me, I did ask to have it lightened a bit but that didn’t happen. A shipment was sent in November but because of PS it didn’t arrive when notified E Salon did send at no cost another shipment which I did receive. I’m not saying I’m unhappy with ESalon just stating what I’ve experienced so far. Now I will say the colors are beautiful much better than what you would buy in a store and E Salon is there to help with any issues. Great color!I really liked the resulting color but did struggle with making a mess a bit. The smell is a bit strong but if my color lasts, it will be completely worth it. not the color I was hoping for...First of all I did not receive the color that I ordered and wanted, it was adjusted by the colorist so that I supposedly don't get "hot roots " but it was not the color i wanted so I ordered again and specified that I wanted some ASH Blond and not a warm blond so as not to get the red brassy tones that I ended up with anyway...i found the right color at Madison Reed.... 0 de 0 personas encontraron este comentario útil. ¿Y tú? |
