Good colour but still a few greysFirstly - I like this a lot. Felt much more confident applying than when I have spent ages in a shop staring at two boxes of dye that look exactly the same but aren’t! I watched all of the videos and got to it. I have some really stubborn greys at the side and front so paid extra attention to those areas as per the videos. I checked and rechecked to make sure they were saturated. But then after washing and as my hair began to dry, I was a little disappointed to still see some of them. Don’t get me wrong, there are less than usual with previous dyes I tried, but I think maybe I had unrealistic expectations. Also I tried a semi so maybe that’s why too? Not going to like this but...Love the product but.. I want my product on the 1st but you can’t specify the first. I have to go in every time and put in the date ahead of time to get it on the first. You can’t put in 4 weeks because it doesn’t fall that way. Need to make it easier for the customer to put a date in and for the company to figure out how long it takes for that product to be received on time. I was expecting my order on the 1st, I will not be getting it until the 8th. Love it but need better coverageReally love the customer service, the quality of the products and the packaging. Still am not getting the gray coverage that I’m looking for. Went to the salon for color yesterday and will try esalon color again in a few weeks. Nice color but...I like the color but I have a few hidden grey hair and although I went on coloring rhe strands they were not completely colored. To be fair they are difficult to catch color. I thought I would give a try to the product.
