Does not cover grays at allI have communicated this with them to add more gray coverage and it's the exact opposite l, it's worse! I'm thinking about ending my subscription due to this. Oozing colorWhile I was applying the color to my hair the bottle got really warm and started oozing out of the bottle on its own. When I rinsed The color as directed the color did not take to my hair. Called customer service on 11/20/2024 and was kept on hold for 10 mins and then was told their offices were currently closed. Opened chat and explained the situation and was told a confirmation for a free replacement had been emailed, however, the confirmation email only stated that my 'question' would be forwarded to the colorist. I don't have a question. I would like the defective product that I paid for to be replaced. My chat specialist then told me to contact the customer service number that had told me their offices were closed. I explained that I had already gone that route and their offices stated that they were currently closed. This is a simple fix. Be honest. Don't patronize your clients.
