Lovely colour and beautifully packaged..I've taken one star off because I was hoping for an Ash brown but unfortunately got a chestnut brown. It's a pretty colour but not what I was after. Perhaps my hair throughs out reds when it's dyed. So I'm back to the drawing board to find my perfect Ash brown! Custom Hair ColorI went to use my hair color and the color was tinged w/white and had a cloudy appearance. I checked to see if the bottle was damaged but it was unopened and intact. It was unusable. I needed to cover my gray that day because I had a special event to attend. I was forced to go out and purchase a boxed color.
