My customer color (sad face 😦)Well I asked for light ash Blonde with a hint of purple tint to it. In fact I even sent a note way before my hair color was shipped just to stress the purple tint. I got medium ash blonde with not even a hint of purple. I was very disappointed and sent two messages back to my colorist and I received no reply. Product is Fine. Service Stinks. Overcharged.I like eSalon and the color was good. My hair felt soft and wasn't dried out or frizzy after application. However, all the good things are overshadowed by poor customer service. I have attempted MANY times to have the tax rate corrected on my account, but they refuse to make the change even though I've provided detailed proof from the state and county tax authorities where I live. They are overcharging me 5% on every order. Not a lot, but it adds up over time. The money is less of an issue that the fact that they argue back and forth thru messages and absolutely refuse to correct the problem.
