coloring at homeI had some difficulty mixing in the bottle. A large clump got caught at the top and it was difficult to mix it thoroughly. Great ProductThis hair color worked way better than the others on the market. Better coverage, just as easy to use, and true to color. I just wish they included a cap while the color is processing. Color -a match but my scalp itched for daysThe color was a great match. My problem was the chemicals made my scalp very itchy. Hopefully there is a sensitive scalp formula. Great colourThe process was easy and the colour looked amazing - all in the comfort of my own home. Only disappointment was that it took 2 weeks to receive my colour after ordering (however, I live in Australia).
