Product great, shipping terrible.The only complaint I have has nothing to do with the product. It is the shipping. It takes just shy of a month to get to me. Overall Good QualityThe color is good and very easy to apply. I live that esalon includes step by step instructions and all the necessary tools you will need for your color application. Its okI really like the hole idea of this and the kit is so so cute but I asked for pictures to make sure I was getting the right color I wanted and of course I didn't get the correct color , so im pretty upset . perfect brownI tried the other company that sells a salon-quality color set and hands down, e-salon is much better. I have heavy grays and use the kit to cover them only (I also have highlights). It leaves a glossy shine, and true brown color. The amount of product provided is enough for complete coverage. Color doesn't last like it used to.I colored my hair in the past and was actually shocked that it lasted just about 3 months until my next order came in. Now I use it and last 3 weeks maybe not even a month. For that I can buy the cheap stuff and get a good color that covers all my Grey's except doesn't last.
