What a waste of time and moneyOrdered a custom color after researching and reading reviews as I wanted my hair two shades lighter. I was super excited when it came in, did a strand test and didn’t notice any difference but figured maybe it was just too small of a piece. Did my entire head, and my hair is darker than it started. And now I can’t lighten it as now it’s been permanently dyed and lightening with color only works on virgin hair. Would have to bleach it now and can’t do that for weeks either.
