awaiting answersTyping as I sit with color atop my head, looking for some answers from eSalon. I have used and recommended eSalon for years ... had great results at a reasonable price, with minimal issues. Until the past few months. This color set seems like what I had used successfully for years, but I nervously await results. Last color application, and a few prior to that, have been very different. The color itself was different ... lighter, different consistency, less viscous maybe? And my hair did not look the same. I've had two satisfying conversations with eSalon about the issues (bottom line, my hair color didn't look as good or the same). It seemed that there were manufacturing problems, but that's a guess. MariaThe first time I bought the color set it did cover my Gray hair. But the next time it change little bit but it didn’t cover a lot. & the next time it did the same it didn’t cover a lot of my Grays Hairs 😞 & do love it but this time it does covers my Grays I’m going to buy it one time let’s see what happens.
