Good product but...The product at times does not consistently cover my roots. I have learned that others I recommended to use the color are saying the same. But I think what is the worst is that I have been a very long time customers and spent a lot of money and have remained loyal. In doing so I order every 4 weeks for years now and they should reward their loyal customers with some kind of benefit in free shipping or at least reduced shipping. Spot on shadeI’ve been using kits from the High Street but have struggled to match my shade of red. For the first couple of weeks the colour was really harsh and dark with an artificial pink hue I didn’t suit. perfect colorColor was perfect, I didn't get hot roots, and it was easy to use. The only thing I might take one sparkle off one star for is my second pair of gloves ripped apart when I put them on.
