Love the color! But grays still here!!I was very excited for this product coming in as I have been dealing with gray hair for a while I followed the instructions according to the box and did everything it said to do but still have lingering grey. Custom color setI am finding that coloring my own hair is not as easy as I thought it would be. I have trouble getting the color on my roots evenly and find myself missing places. the packaging sold meI honestly think everything was so simple, the instruction were easy to follow But I lost the color on the 5th wash... and also I wanted the color to be lighter so maybe the color match is not that accurate 0 de 0 personas encontraron este comentario útil. ¿Y tú? |

Love the colour but don't like the wastage.I have fairly short and fine hair. At least half of the product needed to be thrown away once mixed, as there was too much for my hair. Also I was colouring roots only. Next time I will try to save half of each, to mix for another time. Obviously this is going to save money. New ReviewI recently gave 2 stars as I wasn't happy with the product. ESalon reached out and fixed my hair colour. It was much better and I wasn't charged custom fee. Helped me overcome my fear of coloring my hair!I'm a natural strawberry blonde, and over the years I had seen women attempting to dye their hair the same color as mine and they seemed to fail miserably. Never had the same tone or luster as mine, and I could spot the fake a million miles away. Anyway, now I'm pushing 40 and the grays are coming in fast and loud, and I found myself in quite a pickle. How the hell was I going to keep my color without looking clownish??? In swoops Genevieve with eSalon, and she mixed up a color that was nearly an exact match to my real color.
