Merci beaucoup pour vôtre magnifique travail et sérieux , j’avais beaucoup de mal à avoir une couleur marron, marron chocolat, on a fait un premier essai et quand ça a rien donné le contact et le retour du produit était très facile, ils m’ont renvoyé une nouvelle couleur et la! Color with Red OvertonesColor has red overtones and does not color temple roots and immediate areas. Color was placed first on the temple area roots with maximum time to let the color work. ColorGood color revive for me. I was disappointed that the kit did not contain the “bonus” free 2nd bottle of color for ends. Perhaps because I added a conditioner to my order which fit in the box, the free bottle was not enclosed. Colour adjustmentI sent a commentary to your rapport people over a week ago but did not receive a response. I was horrified to find my hair a beige after colouring out. I was looking for platinum blond and the removal of the yellow in my colour. While I understand how my request to remove the yellow may have led to ‘ash’ and or ‘pearl’ I did not anticipate the beige/blue I got. I was looking for a reversal method but I have since gone to the drug store to get my own as there was no support from you.
