Colour is great & it's smells nice too!After deciding to dye my hair from a super light blonde back to a light copper brown I'm glad I chose eSalon. The product is easy to use and smells lovely. My hair is shiny and healthy looking and feels great too! I have awkward hairI am now on to my second colouring following an adjustment to my original colour which was nowhere near what it should have been. Even without a photo, my colourist has tried to improve the formula and I have to say it is definitely getting there. I cannot fault the colourists, I knew going into this that my hair was awkward and that it would take time to get the colour I am wanting spot on. I did modify the application technique knowing my hair doesn't behave normally and I was aiming for a lighter shade and knew that an application that focused on my roots and ends would not achieve much other than much lighter roots and ends so I applied to roots and left it for a few minutes and then applied to the rest of my hair for the remainder, it seems to have worked but it's still a little damp. all in all a good experience and the customer service I have experienced so far in trying to get the right formulation has been exemplary. 0 de 0 personas encontraron este comentario útil. ¿Y tú? |

Perfect ColorHow easy is this? I sent a couple photos of where I wanted to see my hair back to its natural color, and the color of my hair in the color I had. This is a tricky, hard to imitate Auburn color. Exact match. How’d they do that? $20 a month and I receive the same finished color that I want. First order and the colour spilled all over the boxI haven't applied the colour yet, but my first order arrived today and I was a little disappointed. The bottle with the Step 2 colour leaked and made a complete mess of the entire box :( So, I actually have to rectify my previous review - a new box arrived promptly (and intact), thank you very much for that! Yesterday I applied the colour for the first time and the result is amazing! The shine is stunning and I am very much looking forward to the hair care products I ordered immediately afterwards. Absolutely perfectI have tried many products over the years to get a rich chestnut color to my mousy, and now very gray, brunette shade. They are either too burgundy or too coppery red. Even salons have not been able to get it just right for a lot of money. So much frustration - until esalon. I received my well packaged product. It was easy to use and the color is fabulous.
