The color that had been picked for me was a nice color just a bit to dark for me but definitely covered the gray hair around my face Thank you

My issue is with the shipping. It took 9 days to get to me and I had a wedding on the 10th day - so I spent 2 hours of the day before the wedding which was at my home, coloring my hair. I don't understand why it took so long. It was shipped on 18 Jul and arrived 27 Jul. Geez... I almost went to buy color product at Walgreens...

Excellent coverage of gray hair

The gray in my hair is difficult to cover but not with eSalon coloring. It also doesn't fade like store bought coloring.

I would recommend eSalon to anyone that colors their hair. The only reason it is a 4 star is because the texture feels "stiff" for a few days after when shampooing.
