Fairly Good ProductThis is a fairly good product overall, but no one can match my hair like I do. Typically, I buy two or three boxes of drugstore (Revlon has no ammonia) and mix my own custom color. My hair has an ash cast to it, but I guess that didn't read in the photo or my remarks to the colorist because the color was the right shade, just not the right hue. It was WAY TOO RED, so now I have red roots and brown hair. I know it's hard to tell from a photo... Brenda's Custom ColourI just received the order on Friday, April 24th. It took longer than I expected for the delivery. The colour was good but I had a difficult time applying to the back of my head and I missed a big area at the top because of the clips still in place. I also feel like I need a hair salon sink for the rinsing because my bathroom is very small and I did not want to get the hair colour all over the bathroom. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Great resultsExcellent coverage albeit a bit messy. The smell is what really gets you when you're washing the color out of your hair but I think the color came out exactly as pictured. Perfect for busy peopleI like just about everything about this service. The color is terrific, it lasts, and I like the kit that comes every time. What I don’t like is all the packaging. 1st time n loved itLoved the way it turned out, and loved the detailed box with everything in it. I stopped the next auto order luckily. Why would I color my hair again in 3 weeks??? I didnt know I was on "auto color". I didn't sign up for another box in 3 weeks. That was so wrong, that I might find another online color place. But I love the color.
