One word: AwesomeI was very much on the fence about ordering color online and after a couple of weeks I took the plunge and ordered. I sent 3 pictures along with my color quiz and my colorist NAILED IT! I was a little worried about seeing the word "mahogany" but this is a perfect match to the current color I was wearing. I've used both home box color and had salon color and both were very strong smelling and left my hair dry afterward. This smell was not strong and my hair was insanely soft and shiny after. It been a month and I still don't see gray hair poking through. I have my auto-ship set for 10 weeks and feel comfortable ordering again and again. It would be nice to get free shipping with any auto-ship and not just those over $40. I know a lot of other companies that offer that as a perk as well as the discount.
