Amazing resultsNot everything you read online is true. This can't be said of esalon. Comes in a lovely personalised box. The contents is personalised to 'just me'. Not sureI found it quite a bit more work than off the self dyes. Once you've put on the first bottle of dye and waited 15mins you then put on the second bottle for 10mins. There was a lot of stuff on my hair! When it came to washing it off, I did it with my head in the bath, the chemical small was really strong. Having said all that, the end result was good coverage and my hair was very soft although a bit redder than I was expecting. As it was such a good offer, £10, I'm happy but not sure if I'd want to pay the full price, £25.95. Die perfekte Farbe!Als ich im Sommer 2020 durch eine Freundin auf Esalon aufmerksam wurde, war ich trotz vieler positiver Bewertungen skeptisch: Wie kann eine Colouristin, die meine Haare noch nie in echt gesehen hat, nur anhand eines Fotos und meiner Beschreibung "meine" perfekte Haarfarbe zusammenmischen? Ich habe rote Haare mit grauen, und mittlerweile fast weißen Ansätzen. Anfangs kam ich mit einer Tönung gut zurecht, aber seit meiner weißen Haaransätze sahen die Haare nach der Tönung orange und künstlich aus! Das ging gar nicht. Leider gibt es für uns Rothaarige in den Drogeriemärkten auch keine so große Farbauswahl an Tönungs- und Färbemitteln, die die eigene Haarfarbe natürlich aussehen lassen. Also wagte ich das Experiment mit Esalon direkt im Flexabo. Das Ergebnis war toll! Der Rotton war ein wenig zu dunkel, sah aber total natürlich aus. Da mich die Colouristen vor jeder neuen Lieferung anschreiben, habe ich peu à peu meine Haarfarbe um eine Nuance angepasst und jetzt ist meine Haarfarbe perfekt. Anfang 2021 kam es durch den Brexit zu einer längeren Wartezeit mit der Lieferung, was aber von Esalon zufriedenstellend gelöst wurde. Seit 01.07. kommen nun noch Zollgebühren und Kosten für den von DPD beauftragten Zollabwickler hinzu, so dass ich nicht mehr 27,95€, sondern insgesamt nun über 45€ für eine Lieferung zahlen muss. Das ist eine Erhöhung von über 60%! Schade! ich werde mich jetzt auf die Suche nach Alternativen machen und dann mein Abo kündigen. Es liegt nicht an der Haarfarbe oder an Esalon. Second time was perfectMy first color was more brown than red. But I worked with my colorist, and she nailed it the 2nd time. I love the color. I know red is a difficult color to match and keep. I do have a lot of grays but not yet salt and pepper. I've been coloring my hair red since 2010, so I'm really not sure about how many grays I do have. So I only can judge by my roots. This product does cover the grays very well.
