YOU WONT FIND THIS COLOUR ON THE HIGH STREETE HBecause is is as advertised, custom mixed ....... Chat with your colourist after trying out your colour. Too dark - lighten it please. Too light - darken it please. Based on past purchases...loveStill waiting to receive. Tracking continues to back up delivery...while my parcel travels around the state. Meanwhile my gray roots are very obvious and I have an event tonite. I emailed esalon and have heard nothing. Please do not use USPS in future. Not the sameHaving used esalon for the last 7 years and been very pleased with the results ...it seems the formula may have changed. Reading other reviews with the same problem, I realised that it could explain why my hair, after colouring, has gone very dark...not what I expected as is the same colour Ive had for ages. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Help!I love the color but only 1 issue i had and I hope you can assist. When I washed it bleed ouy a lot of the color out plus I have blonde bangs and wash with super cold water but still made my blonde pinkish. Any advise?
