Good colour, not enough ashI really liked this colour, it was easy to use and I had no reactions like I have experienced with other brands. Although the colour turned out a little different to how I wanted it was still nice. The customer service is brilliant and I have since altered my colour to suit my preference. Equal to box brandI have been using this for several months. The product is equal value to boxed brands. The color lasts an equal time on hair. Great service/bad colorThe esalon service is impeccable. I had to discontinue my membership because the color kept making my hair too brassy and we could not figure out how to change it. Best ever just wrong colorI was very impressed with the kit, had everything I needed. After the color and rinse I liked the deep brown almost black but I am used to hot red. So next time I want to go back to red if possible.
