Change of colorI requested less red and more golden brown. Although the changes were made as I requested, I wanted more red left in the color. I guess I should have requested "slightly less red". It was as if the red was no longer there although I know that it was still listed on the color formulation. On a good note, I always get lots of compliments on my color, and when I tell people that it is hair color, they are very surprised because it looks so natural! wrong color but great customer servicei wanted a violet tone and got copper but the staff was very eager to help me with updating this and changing my formula. Everyone was so helpful!! PRODUCT TOO AMMONIACAL COMPARED TO SHOP BOUGHT PRODUCTSi FOUND THE PRODUCT VERY STRONGLY SMELLING OF AMMONIA AND IT TOOK OUR BREATH AWAY. mY HUSBAND REMARKED ON THE SMELL AS SOON AS WE APPLIED THE COLOUR.
