ColorI thought the ends were too dark the first time, so I ordered the gloss thinking it would make it shiny, but instead it made it darker. AMAZINGThese products are awesome!! I love the rich beautiful color of my hair. The colorist sent me an email saying that she had chosen a lighter color for me because she thought th color I chose was too dark, well she was absolutely right. Color did cover grey howeverMy hair is a chestnut color and came out a solid brown. No depth. The customer service was great. They called promptly and gave me advice on how to lighten it. It did lighten and still covered the grey. I may try again but not right now. My hair is very long and it is a lot of work trying to adjust. Still not where I want it to beHello, As much as the gray coverage is awesome and lasts, the color when first applied is so bright red that it takes 4 or 5 washes before it is a color I am comfortable with.
