Not the color I was expectingThe quality of the dye is fantastic and very easy to apply. I provided two photos, one of my current color and the other what my desired color was. I ended up getting the color that was close to what I currently had. So, meanwhile it's nice to no longer have darker looking roots, I had hoped to get a color that I actually wanted. I messaged my colonist for an adjustment for my next order. I'm hoping I get the right color this time!! I also was sent by accident a roots touch up then messaged my colorist and she sent me the all over color pack. UnsureFollowed all of the directions, did roots first & let sit for recommended period of time before doing the ends. I was going for medium ash brown but my roots that were gray, turned out much lighter & warmer than the rest of my hair. just okThe customer service is very good. My color was too light and they put me on with a colorist and she reviewed my issues and sent out another package right away. The color was perfect!
