ColorSo the first time I ordered, you chose a lighter color. It's not bad and I realize I had quite a bit of grey to cover. I like red.. Orange warm red. I'll send some pics of what I usually get from my salon. And in order for the red to last it's usually the higher priced dye. My Custom ColorMy “Custom Color” you prepared for me did Not take on my grey in front of my temples and ears. Your mix also burned my eyes. I use Schwarzkopf and it covers Wonderfully and does Not burn my eyes. Not sureColour is very strong and good quality, I strictly followed the instructions. My blonde hair came out nice colour however my roots look rather copper ginger tone . My natural hair are dark blonde with bleached highlights. I ordered “medium blonde ash” colour to add a natural look all over, it came up with rather warm tone! Not hugely impressed as was expecting a much cooler tone as ordered “ash”! Not sure what to do, my best guess is to wait until it washes out and then maybe try again. Not sure who to ask for advice! Did not lastI ordered brown to cover my gray roots. I was very happy with the color I got, it was spot on. I loved the fact that it didn't burn my scalp like I've experienced at salons, my hair felt good after washing, I was happy as can be. A week later my grays were showing again. I followed directions. Damaged my ends :(I was very pleased with the packaging itself. Loved that it came with gloves, skin protector, dye remover, and shamp/conditioner. I was also pleased with the fact that it came with two colors. Since this was the very first time ever using this product I was afraid that my roots (mostly grey/dark brown) would not match the rest of my hair color (which was a much lighter shade of brown with LOTS of blonde highlights) - I was pleasantly surprised that after applying #1 to roots and #2 to rest of hair the resulting colors matched very well. That is the only reason I gave this two starts. I was very excited to see the "shine" that was promised - but alas it was not to be. Not only was my hair dull BUT the ends are extremely damaged! My ends are so dry that the only thing that can save them now is actually cutting them. I have never had this experience in the salon or even years ago when using boxed products from drug store. In fact every time I have ever had my hair colored - the condition of my hair was better than as if I had not colored at all.
