Great Product!Color was perfect, better than salons. I'm a redhead, and there was no brassiness or fading. Texture was soft and smooth, not stiff like some over-the-counter products. First time customerHello, I found the product very easy to use and the amount just right. I have long hair down middle of my back, it’s fine but a lot of hair to work with. I like my color after 3 shampoo🤔Hi eSalon i love your customer service . I felt this was a win win in the end an thats what matters ? Yes an No depends on whom you ask do i want to see great color asap or after 3 shampoos? The color did. blend. Great with my white( no Grey's) hair but i didnt like color right away. Prise CouleurBonjour, je viens de faire la couleur qui a très mal pris. Je l'ai laissée pourtant plus longtemps que prévu, et cependant j'ai plus de la moitié de cheveux blancs. NeutralI was expecting a little more lightening to happen since before doing this color application, my hair was natural and not dyed. This basically just toned my hair warm. I’m not upset, the box is well packaged, very clean, easy to follow instructions.
