Customer ServiceSo I am a natural blonde level 9, the color I used to wasn't exactly what I was looking for however still a nice color. BUT when I called customer service I don't remember her name (Dang it!) but she was fabulous we ended up changing what I'll get in the future did it free of charge and explained hair language to me without making me feel stupid. FantasticI was pleasantly surprised at how easy this was to use. Color was dead on! My hair felt so good. I had been watching the reviews for months and finally decided to take a chance. Wonderful product, disappointing deliveryI have been so impressed with my custom color set! It covers my grays and leaves my hair silky and smooth. I wish eSalon would use a different shipment carrier. Delivery takes from 7-14 days or longer. Thinking of changing because of long delays . es hätte so schön sein könnenZunächst einmal möchte ich sagen, dass ich sehr zufrieden und beeindruckt war, über die Professionalität mit der das Unternehmen auftritt und welch beruhigendes Gefühl dies bei mir ausgelöst hat. Ich finde das Konzept fantastisch und auch das Paket mit den ganzen einzelnen Bestandteilen hat einen sehr guten Eindruck bei mir hinterlassen. Es wurde an alles gedacht und ich fühlte mich gut aufgehoben. Die Handhabung ist einfach und es ist toll, dass auch so viel im Vorwege abgefragt wird, um ein bestmögliches Ergebnis zu erzielen. ABER leider wurde dieses Ziel bei mir sehr weit verfehlt. Meine Naturhaarfarbe ist helles aschblond und seit einigen Jahren benutze ich Schaumtönungen, die diese in einen blonden Goldkupferton zaubern, der sich aber stetig wieder auswäscht, habe dies aber das letzte Mal vor knapp sechs Wochen gemacht. Meine naturgelockten Haare verpasse ich seit knapp zwei Jahren regelmäßig eine Dauerwelle, um mein Volumen erfolgreich zu erhöhen (auch angegeben). Ich bin also ein rotblonder Lockenkopf mit viel Volumen und wollte das auch bleiben und dachte, ich probiere nach langer Färbeabstinenz das vielversprechende Angebot von esalon aus. Aber anstelle der wunderschönen ausgesuchten Haarfarbe 7.43 sind diese nun dunkelblond mit einem Rotstich, der nur im Sonnenlicht auffällt. Das Volumen ist rausgefallen, genauso wie die Dauerwelle. Das Angebot eine kostenfreie Korrektur vornehmen zu lassen, habe ich abgelehnt, da ich meinen Haaren, nicht noch eine Behandlung in so kurzer Zeit zumuten möchte und ich bezweifle, dass diese plötzlich (gesund) heller gefärbt werden können, so wie es das Bild der Wunschhaarfarbe hergegeben hat. Ich bin so sehr enttäuscht, die Farbe ist nicht nur überhaupt nicht das was es werden sollte, auch die Struktur hat sich komplett gewandelt. 0 de 0 personas encontraron este comentario útil. ¿Y tú? |

Two Shades Darker...........Now what do I do?I have been touching up my own roots in between professional hair coloring for 10 years. According to my colorist, I have become great at it. With salons in my area of California closed since March 12th, I felt I needed to do more than touch up my color. I filled out everything on eSalon and even sent them pictures taken in great light that perfectly captured my color. I am a professional who is blessed enough to still have a job and am on video calls all day with a professional camera and lighting that are often my close up. My hair came out 2 shades darker! This is really a problem for me as I have gray roots on the crown of my head as well as below my temples. Now they will show in a few days given the dramatic contrast. And. I have no alternative but to maintain this terribly too dark color until professional salons open again. It is really upsetting to me and I have no idea how such a dramatic mistake could be made. I don't know the point of sending in a picture if they are going to mix something so dramatically different. When I filled out the feedback form, they did reply immediately with an offer for free color and suggestions to use either a clarifying shampoo or a color stripper which shows they are completely insensitive to the situation. Many of us live in areas where we cannot get either color or a cut. How can you suggest people use damaging processes to correct your huge mistake when who knows when they will be able to get their roots cut off? I am very surprised others have had such good results and mine are so bad. Perhaps a new employee?
