1st time useI love the colour and the way it makes my hair look. The problem I had was my gray hair wasn't completely covered. I followed the instructions and I am wondering should I leave it on longer than 30 minutes? I will give it one more try and see what happens. Great product but the shipping isn't the best.Great product I love it! Gave it 3 stars still not covering gray long enough n color comes out blk. I'm dMy review I really love that esalon hair color does not dry out ur hair that if using other hair color products & I have used many due to drying & breakage. Hair always looks shining & alive not dead dry hair looking like dried dead plants or weeds. But hopeful that we can get excellent gray longer lasting coverage & not turn rest of my hair blk. Coloration facile à appliquer, couleur à ajusterJ'avais les cheveux roux suite à une couleur rouge faite en salon qui a viré... J'ai voulu faire chataine foncé irisé (reflet violet)... Coloration facile à appliquer avec les accessoires nécessaires, des explications détaillés, colis super ! Le résultat : châtain foncé avec des reflets rouge, je ne vois pas trop les reflets violet mais je pense que cela vient du fait de ma couleur rousse... A voir avec la prochain colis. Colour wrongI have ordered a colour called Cool Beige but it look orange on my hair. I have enclosed pictures and description of my hair. Hair is also darker than anticipated by picture of a model on a website. As a positive my hair look nourished and shiny after treatment and are not damaged. Instructions are clear and easy to follow. Great ideaI was so looking forward to a bit of Salon feel but at home but after using this dye I can only compare myself to a Lego head it’s just black no variety of colours that make it look a bit more natural that you get with other at home colours I use. it literally looks like someone has put a black carpet on my head and cut around it to my hair length. I was so looking forward to this so I can order and go and I’ll have the same colour every 6 weeks I don’t have to think about it or worry that there won’t be the right colour when it comes to dying my hair but it’s just not for me.
