Anwendung super ergiebig Ergebnis najaAus bestelltem Blauschwarz ist am Ende kein Blauschwarz geworden schade. Färbe mir seit Jahren die Haare selbst mit günstiger Farbe aus dem Supermarkt. (Immer blauschwarz) Das Farb Ergebnis ist dabei aus dem Supermarkt definitiv besser. Die Lieferung schnell schön verpackt es ist alles dabei was Mann als Laie braucht. Am Ende sind die Haare eher rötlich braun schon nach dem auswaschen anstatt blauschwarz und graue Haare sind auch noch zu sehen. Sehr schade habe es wie angegeben verwendet. Everything Went WrongI was so excited to finally color my hair with Esalon as it was a custom color formulated especially for me! I even sent pics of my hair so what could go wrong? Well, everything did. I am a natural blonde turning gray with natural and added highlights. I go to a salon to highlight my hair 2 to 3 times a year and have only used Claroil Perfect 10 at home to cover my greys in between my highlights. Perfect 10 left my hair incredibly soft and shiny and accented my highlights. Sadly it was discontinued and I was hoping Esalon would take its place. As soon as I finished my first 20 minutes of coloring I could see my hair getting darker but I still hoped for the best. After I rinsed my color and used the enclosed shampoo and conditioner, my fine hair was extremely dry and impossible to comb out. I then rewet my hair and applied a deep conditioner for 15 minutes which helped comb out my tangles and restored some softness. I literally burst out in tears when I dried my hair. The color was not what I expected at all. It was the darkest shade that my hair has ever been and the color is now somewhere between dark extreme ash blonde and light extreme ash brown with orangey tones; it's horrible! My hair was one of my finest feature and every time I look in the mirror I get extremely upset. This whole ordeal was devastating and I do not know how I am going to get through the holidays as a quasi-brunette. Einfach super, 5 SterneIch war zunächst skeptisch, aber jetzt bin ich restlos vom e-Salon überzeugt. Ich habe meine Traumfarbe bekommen, so, wie ich sie früher hatte. Friseur oder Drogerie, kein Produkt hat mich zu 100% überzeugt. Ein ganz großes Kompliment an die Mitarbeiter des e-Salons. Komplett andere Haarfarbe als kommuniziert und erhofft...Mehrfach gab es, mit Fotos, die Bestellung auf Hellbraun- Aschblond, leider bekam ich nur eine Ansage, man könnte auf meine bereits hellen Haare nicht heller werden. Mein Foto wurde offensichtlich nicht berücksichtigt. Nun bin ich dunkelbraun und meine Aufhellungserfolge vorher, komplett zu nichte. Love the kit- Second time I have problems opening the bottle.I'm going to add my experience with the two last kits I received, first one I had a hard time opening the blue cap bottle and I had to ask my husband to do it and he had problems too, it was a mess and I lost time and couldn't use the whole mix. Now the second time is the same but I can't get help opening the bottle so I stuck with all the prep work and waste of time because of this, I'm very upset because it is my ME time and I have so few of those, completely ruin my day and I can't even color my hair, I hope you take care of this issue because I don't think I'm the only one. Thank you. I really love my color, looks really natural and it has the golden tones I wanted. As a first time, the kit is different from the box you buy at the market but I enjoyed the experience of taking my time to make it just right, it is a lovely presentation and all the personal details make you feel special. color was good but had a my hair was straw afterI really liked the color they sent and it was easy to apply. I had my daughter help so I didn't miss anything.
