Has potentialKit was well organized. My hair is long, down to my waist and I needed the help of another person. Definitely need to order the cape next time as I got dye on my chair and towel. Color was ok but not perfect. Roots needed to be a bit darker and less brassy. I thought the color for the ends refresh was perfect though. Just Missed the MarkThis was really close to what I was looking for. A little too red and not as much grey coverage as I need but I've reached out for an adjustment and high hopes for my next order.
