Just Missed the MarkThis was really close to what I was looking for. A little too red and not as much grey coverage as I need but I've reached out for an adjustment and high hopes for my next order. Disappointed ☹️I decided to try eSalon after a lot of debate, I’m in my early fifties so have some grey, my natural hair colour is mousey brown so have not been my natural colour for about 4 years due to my greys, I’m now an ash blonde, so I ordered a medium ash blonde as I jump between medium and light ash blonde that way I get my perfect colour all year round I followed the instructions to the letter and found it easy enough to apply so far so good 😊 love the box and how it’s laid out looks very personal unfortunately I now have a beautiful medium golden blonde colour which if I’d ordered golden blonde I’d be very happy with the results, it’s very rich and shiny but this is not the colour I ordered, my friends and family said it looks lovely but I ordered and wanted medium ash blonde, There is definitely no ash in this colour I now have, and I’m going to have to use my blonde shampoo to remove the red, please be careful what you order as it’s obviously a gamble as to what you’ll end up with!
