Einfach super, 5 SterneIch war zunächst skeptisch, aber jetzt bin ich restlos vom e-Salon überzeugt. Ich habe meine Traumfarbe bekommen, so, wie ich sie früher hatte. Friseur oder Drogerie, kein Produkt hat mich zu 100% überzeugt. Ein ganz großes Kompliment an die Mitarbeiter des e-Salons. Komplett andere Haarfarbe als kommuniziert und erhofft...Mehrfach gab es, mit Fotos, die Bestellung auf Hellbraun- Aschblond, leider bekam ich nur eine Ansage, man könnte auf meine bereits hellen Haare nicht heller werden. Mein Foto wurde offensichtlich nicht berücksichtigt. Nun bin ich dunkelbraun und meine Aufhellungserfolge vorher, komplett zu nichte. Love the kit- Second time I have problems opening the bottle.I'm going to add my experience with the two last kits I received, first one I had a hard time opening the blue cap bottle and I had to ask my husband to do it and he had problems too, it was a mess and I lost time and couldn't use the whole mix. Now the second time is the same but I can't get help opening the bottle so I stuck with all the prep work and waste of time because of this, I'm very upset because it is my ME time and I have so few of those, completely ruin my day and I can't even color my hair, I hope you take care of this issue because I don't think I'm the only one. Thank you. I really love my color, looks really natural and it has the golden tones I wanted. As a first time, the kit is different from the box you buy at the market but I enjoyed the experience of taking my time to make it just right, it is a lovely presentation and all the personal details make you feel special. color was good but had a my hair was straw afterI really liked the color they sent and it was easy to apply. I had my daughter help so I didn't miss anything. If you feel you have been losing significantly more than this, you may have had an allergic reaction. Barely any change, and the colour it did leave is awfulI wanted so badly to like this, I was so excited to add a coppery tone to my medium brown hair. Let me also start by saying that as a brunette, I knew the colour wouldn’t be a vivid ginger. However, this product somehow managed to not only transfer hardly any colour at all, but has in fact made my overall hair darker! I wanted a warm, gingery copper, and made a note asking please don’t give any purple or wine tint. But that’s exactly what I got. My hair is now even darker than before and in the light it is dark purple! The directions were also misleading, and maybe this is where I went wrong. The roots needed 15 minutes to develop according to my instructions, but I have a lot of hair so it took me a long time to actually finish with them anyway. And then, it took me longer than 15 minutes to coat my ends, so by the time I had, I was worried about my roots over developing and yet there was no information/time to let my ends saturate. the color was not what I wanted,I ask for a color to match the white gray coming in and was colored a blonde instead. Lately the colors have not been the best shades. But I just use it as I do not have the time to do all this reporting. But I have seen a difference as when I first started.
