Im großen und ganzen sehr zu FriedenHallo, seit ich 14 Jahre alt bin bekommen meine Haare immer wieder Farbe von mir oder meinem Friseur. Nun trage ich meine Haare lang, da ist man vorsichtig mit dem was man seinen Haaren antut. Hier „stinken“ meine Haare nicht nach Chemie und fühlen sich gut an. Die Anwendung ist leicht verständlich und gut aus zuführen. Der Preis ist zwar teuer als in einem Drogeriemarkt aber immer noch günstiger als beim Friseur. Mein einzigste Manko ist die Farbe in den Längen, diese wäscht sich bei mir sehr schnell aus, so das ich mit einem intensiven Rot Shampoo arbeiten muss. 5 star potential!Loved the kit, easy to use with clear instructions and every tool you need. My only gripe was that the product did not effectively cover my grays. However in contacting customer service I was given a solution and am excited to try again with my next kit. The level of customer service I received was fantastic, kudos to esalon for that.
