Happy with Product and ExperienceI would recommend this product and service to everyone. The products are well packaged and customized for each individuals needs. It was easy to apply and the instructions were well organized. The smell of the product is light and not overpowering like some hair color I have tried in the past. The color matched my expectations and there was enough product to cover my hair which is thick and long. My hair is dark and has little gray however, the color only covered the gray for approx. 3 weeks. As if the colorist was right here!I was hesitant at first, wondering how a color could be matched through a picture and description. But guess what... it worked! No more drug store color for me !!Always I have used a good national brand , but I never could get the color right . I liked it after about a week or so if washings . E Salon got it right the first time !!!! Wow!Being in my late 50s, I thought nice hair color was a thing of my past. When I first did my color using eSalon, I thought it was too dark. But the next day I looked in the mirror and saw my hair! custom color is greatThe first time I ordered the hair color I thought the brown was too dark and not enough red high lights in it. I went online before my next order and asked them to lighten the brown and add more red, My next order was perfect. I love eSalon!I have been receiving eSalon hair color for a while now and I love it! The convenience of having it delivered every few months. I don't have to go out and try to find my color or try to remember what color I bought last time! I never have to keep up with how long it's been since I last colored my hair! As soon as the hair color arrives in the mail, I color within a few days so my hair is more consistently colored, especially the gray! My color looks great and natural!
