Best of all worlds including customer service!It arrived with literally everything I needed including TWO pair of good gloves, personalized directions, shampoo and conditioner, stain remover and also something to help prevent stains too. The color was perfect. Once, I had an unexpected financial expense on the same day my color was to be sent. I called the number and they immediately refunded my money, no questions asked. I actually got a human being that answered the phone and was quite understanding and responsive. That alone is an extreme rareity these days. I would recommend this product to everyone who is tired of spending 50 + dollars to get their hair colored at a time that is inconvenient for them. What I've wanted for a long time!This is a brilliant product. I've used it for over a year now, and it's great that you can tweak the colour every time - I wanted a particular shade of golden blonde that you can't buy in the shop - but I've been able to get it here - the colorists listen to your comments and specially blend the colour to suit - fantastic! Great colourI love using e-salon hair color because they blended it specially for me and it's perfect. It's the BEST!It's GREAT color! So easy to use, comes with everything you need, plus fantastic & easy to follow instructions. It's perfectly mixed for me and they got it absolutely spot on. Best Hair ColoreSalon custom hair color is the best I have ever used. My hair looks shiny and feels soft and the color is very close to my natural color , before the grey appeared.
