Pro color at a sensible priceThis formula works for me because I did my homework. Before purchasing from esalon, I would always have a great conversation with my colourist. I knew what percentage of purple I needed to add to the base color already. Best Hair Color Ever !!!!I have been using this Hair Color for over 4 years now. Previously bought my hair color at the drug store with OK results. Decided to try ESalon due to the fact that it is mailed to my home, saving me a trip to the store. The difference, the first time I used it, was unbelieveable !! It made my hair so shiny, sleek, soft and manageable without the use of other products. The color choice was exactly right for my complexion and eye color. Look so natural. People actually stop me and ask where I have my hair done. When I say I do it myself they are shocked. Love the product and am a walking ad for this product. The best color!I've colored my hair since I was 17 and have used many different products. This is, by far, the best I've had. The color is true and it lasts a long time. Love itI have been using it for about a year now and love it. It covers my greys great. The girl who cuts my hair always says how healthy my hair looks. She says she sees little to no damage from the dye. I had an issue the third time I used it bc I forgot a step in the process. After I sent an email for help, an actual person from esalon called me and explained to me what I did wrong. They were totally nice and very helpful. I haven't had a problem since. I will say though... I didn't dye my hair before I started using esalon, so I think the transition of color was simple and easy.
