Forget that brassy look!I just ordered my custom color match and was doubtful I would be able to find a color that was fresh but not brassy like so many store products produce. I was pleased at the ease of the product and the soft not harsh smell as I was applying the color. You never know how the true color looks until you dry your hair. Loved it.I really love this because I'm assured to have the same color each and every time. No if, ands, or buts. I do have my hairdresser put it on for me because my hair is so long it is hard to do myself. But she loves it too. Best shampoo and conditioner for color treated hair.I have had trouble with other hair colors in the past both getting consistent color and blistering or breaking out my scalp but not this product I got the perfect color and it does not break out my scalp. The shampoo is the cherry on top of the sundae...it feels good and has given me fullness and shine while preserving the color. Best Custom Hair ColorThis is only my second box and they managed to nail the color I wanted. This is definitely one of the best hair colors I have ever had. It is on the more red side and the color is so vibrant! I couldn't recommend this enough to those who would prefer to color at home and skip the salon pricing. PerfectSomehow I've never been able to translate what I want in hair color to a stylist, even when the color I came in with was almost exactly what I wanted. This process is so easy and it perfectly matched what I wanted the first time, and they made it even better when I wanted to tweak the color a bit the second time around. I dye my hair a copper-heavy red so there's a lot of possibility for error and ending up firetruck, but they got it right from the beginning. Color optionI was surprised to have received a second bottle to help finish off my coloring. My color turned out a touch more red than I initially wanted, but after a few washes, it's close to the color I wanted to have.
