Consistently GreatI have now received two lots of my eSalon colour (I have also bought their shampoo, conditioner and spray in hair hair root lifter) and I am absolutely delighted. The quality of the colour is consistent and my hair has never been in such good condition for a long time. Friends and colleagues have commented on how natural the colour looks (I am really not into grey) and that it has taken years off me (I am 60). LuminosityI love the luminosity this colour has given to my hair with 100% grey covering. Love this product, great match to my natural color.A lot more affordable than going to the salon and I can color my hair as often as needed. I have been using this product for nearly 2 years now to help with my roots/grays and I am very satisfied. Very easy to use, the color match is awesome! Total commercialI can't say enough good things about this initial color purchase. I got the vibrant color I sought as well as a toned-down color for my (light) roots. Couldn't be happier with service or colour!I am so pleased with esalon's colour matching service! I filled in your forms last weekend, spoke to a lovely colourist in the week and received my box, all the way from California to England on Saturday! I've coloured my hair (well my lovely husband did the hard work and loved the free brush, thank you very much) and it is exactly what I wanted, a beautiful light blonde. My colourist had advised me that we wouldn't be able to match my bleached ends which I was happy with as I wanted to move towards a less damaging and more natural-looking treatment. The only worry I had was that if not strong enough I could end up with orange hues, something that has happened before with other dyes. My colourist adjusted the formula to take that into account and it has worked perfectly, not a hint of ginger in sight with the colour blending to a lovely, natural-looking finish at the roots.
