Pleasantly Surprised!I was pleasantly surprised how easy this was to do and how nice the color looked. It was almost what I was looking for, I have asked to tweak the color a little less dark and a little more red. Extremely pleased!Gentle, no harsh or brassy tone. Hair in better condition since switching 3 months ago to esalon. Easy to use and it it automatically mailed to my address at the time interval of my choice to I don't wake up one day and see an inch of roots staring back at me! Awesome!I tried e-salon for the first time and I love it! I sent in a picture of myself and the experts suggested a different color based on my skin tone and they were spot on! They have great customer service and respond very quickly to your emails. I had a little trouble doing it by myself since I can't see behind me but it turned out great anyway. The best color on the marketThey worked with me on the color until it was perfect. No more mixing store brands, Custom color has it perfected. I did not think I would spend so much on hair color as it is expensive, however I do not have to have some sitting on the shelf as it is on automatic order.
