Pleasantly Surprised!I was pleasantly surprised how easy this was to do and how nice the color looked. It was almost what I was looking for, I have asked to tweak the color a little less dark and a little more red. Extremely pleased!Gentle, no harsh or brassy tone. Hair in better condition since switching 3 months ago to esalon. Easy to use and it it automatically mailed to my address at the time interval of my choice to I don't wake up one day and see an inch of roots staring back at me! Awesome!I tried e-salon for the first time and I love it! I sent in a picture of myself and the experts suggested a different color based on my skin tone and they were spot on! They have great customer service and respond very quickly to your emails. I had a little trouble doing it by myself since I can't see behind me but it turned out great anyway.
