Pleasantly Surprised!I was pleasantly surprised how easy this was to do and how nice the color looked. It was almost what I was looking for, I have asked to tweak the color a little less dark and a little more red. Extremely pleased!Gentle, no harsh or brassy tone. Hair in better condition since switching 3 months ago to esalon. Easy to use and it it automatically mailed to my address at the time interval of my choice to I don't wake up one day and see an inch of roots staring back at me!
