Impressive!!I'm on a budget, but don't want to look like it. Esalon's process was easy and thorough. I chose the wrong color for me and they caught it. They notified me and by looking at my profile answers and my picture they made the proper adjustments and I couldn't be happier. Great coverage and customer service!First time ever coloring my own hair and although it was a bit difficult I did have my daughter assist me so it went smoothly. Very happy with results . I did a root touch up and did pull some color through. Called and spoke with Brittany to ask some questions about my next shipment and she was very helpful. I recommend giving this a try. Great colorThe color looked natural and close to my original hair color. I like it much better than I thought I would going back to a dark brown vs. the black I had used for years. I only used black because the browns always turned out to be anything but brown. I used blacks to be safe. Best Color EverI was already impressed with not only the product but the company. Now that they reviewed my comments and adjusted my color I am even more impressed. In only 2 tries they got the color I have been trying to get for a very long time. It would/has cost me a lot of money trying to get this color myself or doing so through a salon.
