Perfectvery friendly customer service, first of all. I´ve been coloring my hair by myself for many years now, so I was monitoring and comparing every step of the coloring process. What I really liked was, that it was taken care of the fact, that I had already colored ends, so I received two different colorings for the roots and the ends. After everything was done, I must say, my hair has a really beautiful color, just like I wanted it to be. It feels really smooth and it looks healthy and shiny. Best at home color I have ever usedI have been coloring my own hair for about 10 years and I always felt like people could tell that I was using boxed color. With this line, it's like I just went to the salon. I loved it, less of a mess and I did not rinse all of the color out on the first wash. I got the color, shampoo/conditioner, and the color treatment. I also got the starter kit with the color brush, bowl, and the clips. The packaging was very nice and the instructions are great.
