Satisfaction with hair colorI had colored my hair first with one of the custom made products from your salon. As most of my hair was gray, I was afraid I wasn't going to leave it on long enough for it to take as my hair may have been resistant. It came out too red and it was my own fault. However, Emily was gracious enough to have me try another darker color after sending a picture, and now I love it, as I followed the directions and wasn't that nervous!
