better than expectedI was nervous about dying my hair myself, but everything I needed was sent, and I found the instructions easy to follow. The consistency of the product was thick enough that it didn't drip or run and the process was quick and straightforward. The only comment I would make is that the conditioner left my hair very greasy and heavy so that after 24 hours I just had to wash my hair again. Hair Color is PERFECTFor my first try on choosing a color and trying to match it to my natural color, it worked out FABULOUS. I didn't want a drastic change nor look like I am coloring my hair. I wanted something that matched pretty close to my natural color and cover my gray hairs. By covering my gray it looks like I have natural highlights rather than professionally done highlights. Great Price, Awesome Color!!!My hair-stylist that I've been going to for 20+ years retired :( He would cut and color my hair for no more than $40 (I know right?!?!). I cried... literally. I had read about Esalon in a magazine and thought I'd give it a try. I was intimidated at first and put it off as long as I could because I had never colored my own hair before. It turned out terrific!!! The instructions were amazing so you can't screw it up!!! Saves me sooooo much $$$!!! $24.95 (w/shipping) and my cut is $22 for a grand total of $46.95 (w/o tip).
