Incredibly supportive process to find and LOVE my new hair colorI selected my new color online and when I applied the demi-permanent one for the first time it was too dark, although I liked the product smell and application process. I spoke to my colorist, explained what I was going for, and she helped me correct the color and achieve the perfect color.
